I had the privilege to capture this couple's wedding a few weeks ago. The ceremony took place at the Queen's house on a very sunny day. It was my first time photoshooting a wedding at the Queen's house, and boy was I amazed by the scenery of this well maintained outdoor garden behind the building. After the ceremony, we headed to a park on Saskatchewan crescent where we took the wedding party pictures. Colin and I captured a number of different shots with different lenses and techniques to add variety to the couple's wedding collection. The bright red color of the bridemaids' dress matched well with the green background overall. Reception was all about good food, music, dance, and heart-moving speeches. People seemed to have had a blast eating, dancing, laughing, making funny faces at the photobooth. It's always a blast capturing everyone having a great time. Congratulations Tyler and Marli! Thanks for inviting us to be part of your special day! #Saskatoonweddingphotographers #yxewedding #saskatoonphotographer #saskatoon wedding photographer #bestweddingphotographersaskatoon #dariosophoto

I met up with Chantelle around 7pm at a place that I had never been to.
When I arrived at the Cranberry flat, I saw a huge field with lots of bushes and trees around. Shortly after I got out of the car, I was welcomed by numerous mosquito surrounding me, which was exactly what I expected. I sprayed OFF all over myself before I got there, but it was merely a spice for them. We found a spot nearby and took some images which turned out great but it was hard for both of us to remain still due to the relentless attacks of mean creatures. In total we shot at 3 different spots and each place had its own unique atmosphere, which created different mood for final images. Chantelle was a great talent. I haven't worked with models recently so she was the first model I collaborated this year and I am glad I did. The timing was perfect and she made my job very easy as she is also a photographer. Thanks for sharing your talent Chantelle. It was supposed be a rainy day with a thunderstorm, which wasn't true for the morning on this day. I headed down to the Park Town hotel to meet the groom. Mat was in the room with a gorgeous view. The scenery of the University bridge and the river was right out the window looking almost like a painting except it was moving. I started off by taking photos of the special items. When all of the men arrived, they started putting on their suits. Quintin was helping everyone getting dressed. It was great to see the father of the groom being the best man as he would know and do what was best for him on this special day. Many images turned out to be how I wanted: GQ style. Stylish images for the groom and Elegant style for the bride is always my goal. Kiera did a good job capturing the bride while I was with Mat. More stories to follow soon. #Saskatoonweddingphotographers #yxewedding #saskatoonphotographer #saskatoon wedding photographer #bestweddingphotographersaskatoon #dariosophoto
